WHAT'S WRONG?

...you don't like to share?
Sorry, but
cockroaches, those elusive,
seemingly indestructible little creatures that send shivers up the spine,
have been around for some 400 million years and are not likely to go away
anytime soon! In addition to spoiling the comfortable, relaxed atmosphere
of your home - they have also been linked to severe respiratory allergies,
including asthma.
Because cockroaches are generally nocturnal, you're not likely to see them
during the day, so look for what they've left behind - oval, brown egg cases or
feces that resemble large grains of pepper. At night, look for scattering
adults as you turn on a light.
The best way to avoid a cockroach invasion is to keep counters, floors, and
cabinets clean and all food stored tightly in containers. Also, check all
grocery bags before bringing them inside, as cockroaches feed off the sweet glue
in the seams.
Once your home or restaurant has been invaded, roaches will multiply quickly -
often way too quickly for store-bought traps to be effective. To control
the problem, call the pest control experts at Argonaut the minute you see the
first signs of cockroach infestation.
